All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 days of payment confirmation. If we are out of stock we will email/phone you to advise you of the expected delivery time. Most goods will arrive Australia wide between 1 – 5 days depending on your location. International orders will arrive in about 10 days. With international orders your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Any Customs or Duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient. Molly Dooks Cottage will accept returns within 10 days for most goods that are damaged, faulty or where we are at fault.
