 My name is Carol Hughes and I live in sunny Mackay in north Queensland not far from the beautiful Barrier Reef and islands.
My love of all things ‘crafty’ developed from a background of sewing after I made my first Patchwork Quilt 25 years ago – out with the dressmaking and in with my new passion. As well as quilts I love Stitchery, Country Dolls, and Mohair bears, Candle wicking, Ribbon embroidery and the list goes on.

As a lovely addition to my little cottage I recently started stocking the beautiful ‘Australian Lemon Myrtle Fragrance’ range of Hand cream, soaps, essential oils, shower packs, air freshener etc. The fragrance is delightful and the hand cream is non greasy for sewing hands
